This is my first blog. I’m not sure exactly what direction I want to take with it, but I’m hoping it will serve as a way to reflect on some of the things that are happening in my life and maybe keep my family and friends updated in a more timely fashion.
Beverly, what beautiful thoughts. Thinking about our mortality is something I believe that most of us avoid. To think about what could have been or what might be in the future is very human. What a beautiful and wonderful world this would be if we would all just stop and appreciate the moment. I pray that more people will begin to enjoy God’s gifts to us at this time, to celebrate the people in our lives. The fast pace we have created for ourselves have robbed many of us of the simple joys God placed here on earth for us. You are an inspiration for me and my family. We will continue to pray for you. May God bring you the peace and healing that only He possesses.

You are all in my prayers in more ways than you can imagine. I was watching Christopher play at Boswell last night and thinking about how great it will be when you are in the stands watching Lindy and the Riders win!!!
You have a ‘gentle, quiet spirit’ as Jesus tells us to have ….that is His gift to you……and your way of giving of your personal story now is helping the rest of us who know you only slighty see Jesus in you and your willingness to do as the scripture you quoted said…’love mercy, line humbly, and do justly’….He is smiling and loving your love for Him and your family and friends and the Heavenly courage you are displaying throught these tough times….Praise be to God for His love for you and your for Him and the service He asks of you!!!

I just found our yesterday about your “journey”. Today I read your blog and now rejoice at the work God is doing in your life.
